• Working with Mastercard client account teams to effectively manage and help solve issues for client accounts
• Providing clients with custom Consulting Services, Managed Services, Information Services, Cybersecurity, and Mastercard Worldwide solutions that drive sales for Services and Mastercard
• Managing internal and external relationships to help drive Services and Mastercard's businessesRoleMember of a business development team responsible for leading client work in the Caribbean with private and public institutions. The role involves working with Mastercard account teams and clients to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Lead sales calls and new client development across all lines of Business for large accounts or assigned sets of accounts
  • Deliver against sales targets for existing accounts and contribute to Mastercard deal bids
  • Capture senior and mid-level clients' implicit business needs and identify critical issues
  • Translate objectives into hypotheses and structure work for large or complex projects
  • Leverage knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities to offer innovative solutions
  • Contribute to pitches, from storyboarding to presentations
  • Create persuasive written materials tailored to the audience
  • Contribute to project delivery, identifying and addressing shortcomings
  • Manage knowledge capture and sharing across the firm
  • Contribute as a thought leader through articles, blogs, and intellectual capital development
  • Participate in Mastercard account and client meetings, as well as account planning sessionsAll About You
    • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree recommended
    • Payments and cards experience recommendedExperience:
      • Ability to manage and sell to large clients or clusters
      • Ability to initiate and develop sales
      • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial framing
