commercial litigation experience Experience in discovery,
depositions, motions, and trial preparation preferred Excellent
research and writing skills Excellent communication and
organization skills Collaborate with attorneys and assist with
various tasks. Maintain strict attention to detail in all aspects
of title work. Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide
professional service. Preferred qualifications include paralegal
certification and a producer title license. Strong knowledge of
legal terminology and proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal
software. Commitment to continuing legal education and professional
