legal career. Job Details We’re looking for an experienced
corporate associate to join our Private Equity & Finance team in
Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least
4 years of corporate transactional experience who is eager to work
on sophisticated and complex matters in a collaborative,
team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle a wide
range of corporate transactions, including mergers and
acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of
debt and equity securities, and venture capital financing. Assist
with strategic joint ventures, capital markets matters, and
corporate governance. Advise on matters related to private
investment funds and general corporate issues. Collaborate closely
with a team of attorneys to provide high-level counsel to clients
in various industries, including energy, banking, real estate,
healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and technology. Work
with closely-held and family-owned businesses, assisting in all
stages of their life cycle from start-up through sale. Support our
team in providing counsel to high-net-worth clients and their
businesses, including through our extensive Family Office practice.
What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 4 years of corporate
transactional experience, ideally with a focus on private equity,
M&A, capital markets, and joint ventures. Strong technical,
professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. A team-oriented mindset with an
emphasis on collaboration and mutual support. Proven ability to
solve problems efficiently and develop creative solutions. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex
transactions simultaneously. Member of the Florida Bar in good
