Job Description:
We seek an experienced and hands-on Technical Support
professional to join our onsite team for a critical site migration
and infrastructure refresh initiative. This role is focused on
providing desktop/laptop support, application troubleshooting, and
hardware maintenance for end-users at the client site. The ideal
candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, technically strong,
customer-focused, and comfortable working independently within a
fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on break/fix support for desktops, laptops, mobile
devices, printers, and peripherals.
Perform PC refresh and upgrade activities, including imaging,
configuration capture, and user scheduling.
Re-image devices, reinstall and configure applications, and restore
user-specific settings and data.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows 10/11, MS
Office 365, MacOS, and Android platforms.
Support and configure VOIP phones, networked printers, and
peripheral devices.
Use ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy to manage incidents,
service requests, and documentation.
Provide onsite and remote support while ensuring ticket resolution
within SLA.
Perform basic LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, including
connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and switch port issues.
Manage Active Directory tasks, including user/group management,
password resets, and group policy understanding.
Assist with application software configuration and escalate issues
to L3 teams or vendors.
Create and maintain SOPs, Knowledge Base articles, and other
documentation (KB/KEDB).
Coordinate with hardware vendors for warranty support and
replacements.
Support IT setup for onsite events, emergencies, and disaster
recovery drills.
Apply ITIL best practices in incident and problem management
processes.
Support all printers, support network configuration, driver
installation, and vendor coordination for setup/repair of faulty
devices, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage stakeholder
relationships.
Previous experience in a site migration or PC refresh project is
highly preferred.
