HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an outpatient Functional Medicine clinic in Boca Raton, FL with their search for a Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family or Internal Medicine Physician looking to expand into Functional and while stepping into a leadership role within a growing practice.Position Overview: Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician Active Florida License and DEA Registration required Full-Time MondayFriday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Permanent position Immediate start available One clinic location in Boca Raton treating patients ages 18+ EMR: AdvancedMD Medical Assistants handle documentation entry for providers Light call schedule: approximately 1 Saturday per month Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $250,000 annually +$75,000 year-end bonus with growth potential Health Insurance Malpractice Insurance 22 business days PTO Continuing education and professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement for Functional Medicine courses This role offers the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in Functional Medicine while taking on a meaningful leadership position with long-term growth potential.About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
