Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for pregnant women and newborns following established clinical protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support Educate and support families in prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care Monitor patient health and respond to any complications with appropriate interventions Document patient care services and outcomes to maintain accurate medical records Proficiency in prenatal and neonatal nursing practices Strong patient assessment and care planning skills Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal communication Ability to work flexibly and adapt in a dynamic, clinical environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse License in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
