Job Description HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a well-established private practice in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their team. This permanent opportunity offers a supportive environment, strong community presence, and competitive compensation. See below for full position details: Schedule: Full-time (4 days/week) One day 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Four days 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends Call: Once every 3rd week (phone only, minimal volume – ~6 calls total per week). No hospital rounding Patient Load: 20–25 patients/day, comfortable pace. Practice Type: Privately owned Pediatrics group. Candidate Profile: Board Eligible/Certified Pediatrician (MD or DO). Spanish preferred, but not required. Must be comfortable with outpatient pediatric care. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $200,000 (negotiable with experience).
