Operations ManagementCoordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completionEstablish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.2. Customer Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.3.
