Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coworking and Parts Drop Transaction
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute lease transactions, including coworking
agreements and third-party leases
Engage with clients and team members to resolve transaction issues
and improve processes
Prepare reports, monitor coworking data, and manage communication
and training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in managing complex
programs
Real estate salesperson or brokerage license
2+ years of transaction/leasing experience in a Corporate Real
Estate environment
Knowledge of real estate leases and negotiations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
