Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Success Manager responsible
for driving revenue and student retention while managing a team of
Student Success Advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage partnerships with university stakeholders to enhance student
engagement and retention
Lead departmental initiatives to implement innovations and improve
program health metrics
Oversee the performance and development of Student Success Advisors
to ensure high-quality student experiences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
4 - 6 years of relevant experience in student success or related
fields
1 - 3 years of experience in a management role focused on
professional development
Previous experience in the higher education industry strongly
preferred
Experience in coaching or advising is strongly preferred
