of your career. The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is
seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join its dynamic team
of technical professionals. The qualified applicant will become
part of Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems support team in
Melbourne, FL . The Project Manager will lead AI process of use
cases for the NGAS AI Governance Council while also supporting AI
deployments across the sector. Supporting the CIDO – AS PMO, you
will coordinate cross?functional teams - including AI data
scientists, engineers, Council stakeholders, and program management
- to usher AI ideas through the governance process and manage the
AI deployment projects across the sector. The role demands
ownership of schedule, cost, and risk, as well as strong
collaboration with cross?organizational teams, customers, and
program management. In addition, this role will support CIDO
management with NGAS Engineering Tools demand, utilization, and
standardized processes for license lifecycle management. You will
coordinate with the ESP Portfolio Managers, Program CIDO PMs, and
NGAS Tools Lead to ensure proper forecasting, utilization of
licenses, and following standard processes. Note: Due to the
classified nature of the work being performed, this position does
not offer any virtual or telecommute working options. Applicants

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for AI
work?packages. Develop spend plans; track actuals vs. plan. Monitor
name runs to ensure appropriate charging. Identify critical?path
activities, forecast schedule risk, and recommend corrective
actions. Oversee operational aspects of ongoing deployment projects
and act as liaison between the Program Management Office and
project teams. Work with cross?organizational teams and customers
to set, articulate, and communicate goals and priorities. Partner
with AI engineers and business stakeholders to identify and
prioritize high?impact AI use cases. Coordinate with IT, and cyber
security, legal, Air-worthiness teams to ensure AI solutions meet
data quality, privacy, security, and governance requirements.
Prepare and deliver status reports, meeting minutes, and executive
briefings to Program Managers, sector executives, and customers.
Support CIDO management with NGAS Engineering Tools demand,
utilization, and standardized processes for license lifecycle
management. Basic Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Computer
Science, Data Science, Business, or related discipline Master's
with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 5
years of relevantexperience Active DOD Secret clearance OR ability
to obtain within 90 days of start date) as a condition of continued
employment Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to
Special Programs as a condition of continued employment Active PMP
or equivalent certification OR ability to obtain within 60 days of
start date as a condition of continued employment Project or
program management experience on complex, technical, or
defense?related projects Experience with SharePoint, MS Project (or
similar tool), and Confluence Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s
and/or Master’s degree in a STEM or business related field Active
Secret, Top Secret, SCI, Polygraph, or SAP/SAR access would be nice
to have PMP or equivalent certification Demonstrated expertise in
IMS scheduling expertise Interest and awareness of Artificial
Intelligence Experience with Engineering tools Understanding of

Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00 The above salary range
represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime,
shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base
pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions
as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees
in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long
Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety
