Job Description Job Description Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a
highly organized and proactive Loan Operations Support Specialist /
Marketing Coordinator to support both the operational flow and
marketing efforts for our Coconut Creek location, while also
assisting the Orlando team as needed. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys organization, communication,
relationship-building, and creative support. You will serve as a
key liaison between Loan Officers, processors, leadership, clients,
and referral partners while ensuring smooth internal operations and
consistent external communication. Key Responsibilities: Reception
& Customer Support Answer Coconut Creek phone lines and cover
Orlando phones as needed. Manage call routing ensuring professional
screening and appropriate direction of inquiries. Provide
exceptional service to internal teams, homebuyers and referral
partners. Loan File Review & Opening Support Review incoming loans
for Signed Disclosures, File Contacts, Credit Reports, and AUS
findings-multiple times daily. Forward reviewed loans for
additional oversight; upon return, assign to the appropriate
Processor and Opener. Maintain coverage for these functions during
leadership absences. Marketing & Communication Support Assist with
the coordination and distribution of marketing materials (flyers,
email campaigns, social posts, client communications). Help
maintain consistency in branding across communications. Support
Loan Officers with marketing requests such as open house materials,
partner outreach, and client follow-up materials. Leverage our CRM
to streamline client communications, coordinate marketing
initiatives, and manage internal loan operations tracking. Contract
& Documentation Support Receive and distribute contracts to the
appropriate Loan Officers and assistants; copy leadership as
required. Review daily reports, research borrowers, confirm lender
involvement, and pull required documents from internal and external
portals. Pull documents throughout the day as requested by team
members. Distribute certifications, summaries, and other required
documentation to processors, Loan Officers, or closers. Reporting
Responsibilities (Builder Reporting) Participate in builder
pipeline calls as needed Maintain, update, and prepare multiple
Excel reporting sheets-one for each division-according to required
weekly and daily deadlines. Track progress on each report by
coordinating with Loan Officers to ensure they are completing their
assigned updates in a timely manner. Verify accuracy of all data
across reports before distribution, ensuring all applicable loans
are included and information is complete . Present reports as
required and support leadership with status updates, follow-ups,
and ongoing tracking. Certifications, Requests & Compliance Support
Receive and distribute Certificates of Occupancy, COIs, flood
certifications, closing summaries, escrow letters, and property
documentation as required. Request additional documents and reports
for specific loan types as needed. Distribute communications or
updates as directed by leadership. Administrative & Office Support
Order and coordinate office supplies for the Coconut Creek office.
Create and send FedEx labels as requested; copy leadership on
communications. Provide ongoing administrative assistance to
operations leadership and support team needs. Assist with internal
lists or communication needs as requested. Skills & Qualifications
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and
reporting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and deadlines. Effective communication skills ,
especially when coordinating with multiple Loan Officers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including managing multiple
spreadsheets and validating data. Experience using CRM systems is a
plus. Experience using marketing and design platforms such as Adobe
Creative Suite and Canva preferred. Strong customer service and
problem-solving skills. Experience in mortgage operations or
reporting support preferred but not required. Acrisure Mortgage is
