Competitive Compensation 401(k) Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Wellness Plan Career Development: Ongoing training and growth in a supportive environment Team Culture: Join 60 professionals in a collaborative, boutique firm atmosphere Boca-Based with Local Client Focus Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts/estates (1041) Adjust financials for tax return preparation Conduct tax research and stay current on legislation Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax codes Participate in tax planning strategies and research projects Communicate with client management teams to build trust and deliver insights Collaborate with senior leadership to manage deliverables and deadlines You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation; Master’s in Taxation is a plus CPA license or eligibility preferred Experience with tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, etc.) Several years of public accounting or tax internship experience preferred Strong analytical and technical tax skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Team-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects Motivated by deadlines and dedicated to client service Interested in hearing more?
