Manage financial aspects of real estate development projects Track
expenses Analyze budgets and manage cash flow Balance sheets,
Accruals, Fixed Asset schedules Month end close Support financial
modeling for new development properties Requirements of the
Construction Accountant: 2 years full cycle accounting experience
Real estate development accounting experience Yardi Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance LI-EA3 INJUN2024 ZRCFS
