As a Staff Accountant, you'll handle various financial tasks, including keeping accurate records, ensuring GAAP compliance, and preparing financial statements. A solid understanding of financial statements and debits and credits is essential. We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial candidate who is eager to help grow the accounting function for a rapidly expanding finance company. Since this is a full-time, in-office position, we are seeking candidates who are either local to South Florida or willing to relocate to the area."

  • Monthly balance sheets, income & loss statements preparation. - - - -
  • Maintaining the general ledger & assisting in month-end closures. - - - -
  • Reconciling financial accounts, bank & cash disbursement accounts. - - - -
  • Assisting auditors, filing tax forms, and coordinating software maintenance. - - - -
  • Managing purchasing and invoicing systems.Job Specifications:
